Natashia Ocean is a UK based fitness YouTuber who specializes in her workouts and various fitness challenges. I discovered Natashia during my senior year of High School, and I quickly fell in love! While her workouts are challenging and effective, her mindset towards life is what led me to subscribe. She has taught me a lot about strength training and finding balance in life. There is a strong misconception that successful fitness bloggers gain attraction based on their physiques. Natashia’s informative and lively videos have led her to success. With over a million subscribers, it is no secret that this girl is incredible at what she does.

Toni Mitchell offers a large variety of ‘no equipment’ workouts on her YouTube channel, targeting all body areas. She also provides meal tips and ideas, enhancing the importance of a balanced diet alongside exercise. Her mindset is exceptionally genuine, as she discusses her past and present struggles. Following her has been a massive inspiration to me, as I subscribed in 2018. Like Natashia, she promotes strength over a slim frame. Her positive influence on the fitness communities has not gone unnoticed, as she has over 200k followers on YouTube.

One of YouTube’s most well-known fitness influencers, ‘MadFit,’ posts unique workouts to cater to various individuals. (dance workouts, morning workouts, cardio workout, toning workouts, etc.) Her impressive 4.82 million subscribers come from her dedication to consistency with her channel. The format of her videos shows her, a mat, and a blank wall behind her. The simplicity of the videos draws attention solely to the exercises. She posts such quality content that I find myself using weekly

For over eight years, Adriene has dominated the yoga genre of YouTube. From beginner guides to expert sessions, she has made a lasting impression with over 8 million subscribers on YouTube. Her calming presence and helpful instructions allow me to follow along with ease. I have never been a huge yoga person, but I always find myself enjoying Adriene’s content. Her videos range from ten minutes to an hour with different intent for each. I thoroughly enjoy her bedtime yoga practices, as they are the best way to end a stressful day!

Nick Bare publishes some of the best quality videos on YouTube with such dense facts around fitness and nutrition included in each. As he stretches before a run or while making his breakfast, he utilizes every second of his videos to share something helpful with his followers. His life motto is ‘Do One More,’ a phrase that has resonated with me since day one of watching him. The ability to push the human body to perform in an ideal way comes with the proper combination of nutrition, rest, training, gear, and mental wellness. He guides his followers through his journey with each of these categories. Not only does he have a kick-ass YouTube account, but he owns a supplement company called ‘BareNutrition.’ I love watching his videos to learn and gain inspiration.

There are very few people in the world whom I have not met in person that I would say have changed my life. Stephanie Buttermore has changed my life. Over the last year, she has been on a journey described as 'all in.' For years, Stephanie struggled with feeling satiated while maintaining her too lean physique. She finally decided to go 'all in' and eat until she was full at every meal. With this, she gained over 30lbs and allowed the public to go through this transformation with her. She aired the bad, the good, and the ugly. Her experience's vulnerability inspired me to care less about how I look and more about how I feel. The body is a machine that can easily be damaged with malnutrition, which Stephanie learned the hard way. Her inspiring story has made a lasting impression on me, and I will continue to support her channel as she inspires me daily.

As someone who craves new exercises, this channel is my go-to. Chris Heria, founder and CEO of the Thenx fitness program, runs the channel. I enjoy the challenge of the workouts, as some are quite advanced. Although Chris’s fitness level can be intimidating, he finds a way to connect with his viewers. Not only do I love his workouts, but his strength inspires me in general. There is something so empowering about seeing someone work hard with outstanding results. He is someone I would recommend to anyone to watch.
